Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
At this time, RetroStarr ships within the United States only. If you have a time-sensitive request or special delivery needs, please reach out prior to purchasing.
Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Vintage and antique jewelry naturally shows signs of age and wear consistent with its history. Any notable condition details are disclosed in individual listings, and all pieces are reviewed for wearability and integrity prior to sale.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, RetroStarr is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. If an issue arises during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist where able.
